Over the past 12 months, TMU has brought together the expertise, capabilities and experience of both organisations, creating a stronger platform for future growth while broadening the support it can provide to customers across the public and private sectors.
The combined business brings capabilities across managed services, cloud, cyber security, AI, modern workplace and digital transformation, alongside strategic relationships with leading technology partners including Microsoft, Cisco and VMware. Together, these provide customers with greater scale, deeper technical expertise and access to a broader range of technology and services.
TMU’s first year as a combined business has seen significant momentum. In September, more than 400 customers and over 75 exhibiting technology partners came together at Fusion Live 2026 at Magazine London, where TMU officially launched its new brand and set out its ambition for the next phase of the business.
Building on this momentum, TMU is entering its next phase with a clear focus on growth, strengthening its strategic partnerships, capabilities and geographic reach. Most recently, Capita and Trustmarque Ultima signed a three-year strategic partnership to deliver combined technology, AI, cloud and cyber security services. TMU is building on its presence in Scotland, supported by its Hamilton office and relationships across the public and private sectors, while continuing to develop its international operations in Cape Town as part of its broader growth ambitions.

Colleagues from Hamilton, York, London, Reading, Cape Town and Singapore gathered at TMU offices on 2 November to celebrate TMU’s first anniversary and recognise the contribution of teams across the business in bringing the two organisations together.
