Our Story 

Trustmarque Ultima brings together two businesses with a shared belief that technology should enable organisations to achieve more. 

Founded in 1987, Trustmarque became one of the UK's most trusted technology advisers across healthcare, government, education and enterprise. Since 1990, Ultima built its reputation on innovation, managed services and customer-led resilience, performance and growth.

In 2025, Trustmarque and Ultima united, backed by One Equity Partners and Apse Capital, to create a combined UK technology services business. The merger brought together decades of experience, complementary capabilities and more than 1,000 specialists supporting over 3,000 customers. Together, we are building on strong foundations with confidence, attentive to what customers need today and ambitious about the lasting value we can create next.
